
Ken Berry
Executive Director
Ken has over thirty years experience working in the IDD-special needs community. In 2010, he decided retirement wasn’t for him and he had a vision for an alternative engagement program. The founding member of Activity Options, Ken continues to provide leadership, vision, expertise and humor. He still loves to provide 1:1 direct support and guides activities and trips.

Peggy Berry
Operations Director, CFO
Peggy moved from corporate finance with over thirty years experience as a CPA, to become a founding member of Activity Options. She oversees most of the back office, staffing and service delivery operations as well as the Project World! weekend program.
“Activity Options is a passion project we started to create diverse options for our community. Authenticity, connection and empowerment are my guiding principals. We work to provide resources for staff and participants alike, so that we can all live our best lives”.

Kim Agnew
Area Director - Evergreen
Kim has supported the Evergeen special needs community for over 20 years. She brings an amazing passion, love and energy to each individual. She matches her knowledge of the area with each person’s ability and creates a customized, diverse day program.

Tosha Benjamin
Director of Compliance and Quality Assurance
Tosha keeps the wheels on the bus, so to speak. She has over twenty years experience working with the IDD community in many different capacities. She supports the residential community, the day programs overall company health as the Compliance specialist.
“Having an older sister with a physical disability opened my eyes and heart. I LOVE working at AO, because we are a small agency but mighty in compassion, patience and understanding.”

Rachael Fish
Director of Residential Services
Rachael uses her amazing organizational skills to create environments that allow residents and providers, alike to flourish. She is the warm heart of the administrative team but still manages to navigate the vast ocean of regulation and process.
“I began working at Activity Options after serving as a host home provider for an adult with developmental disabilities (IDD). That experience gave me invaluable insight into the challenges and rewards. It inspired me to contribute to an organization dedicated to empowering individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives.”

Kerry Bragiel
Director of Finance
Kerry joined Activity Options in 2025 and hit the ground running. She has a broad background in accounting, operations and administration and wanted to apply her energy to the special needs community. She is persistent and dedicated to keeping us headed the right direction. She brings an enthusiastic energy to the team.

Misti Jones Weiand
Director of Billing
Misti has over 20 years experience with billing systems for medicaid providers. She keeps us in the black and never misses a billing cycle. She has an incredible attention to detail. She is the backbone of our revenue flow and we always know she’s hard at work.

Megan Elsensohn
Training Specialist, DSP Team Lead
Megan brings over ten years experience working with individuals as a Special Education teacher and Direct Service Professionsal. She has a Special Education Licensure and a BA in history and sociology with many specialized certifications.

Angie Rice
Day Program Specialist, DSP Arvada-Denver
Angie started at Activity Options as a teenager and years later, is an integral part of the fibre of the day program. She brings a steady hand and heart and is eveyones favorite.
“I enjoy working with Activity Options becuase I get to see the daily achievements of my role. It is beyond rewarding to see the improvement of skills and independence from our people over the years! Some of my interests are animals, doing crafts, and outdoor activities.”

Donna greases the wheels of the day program and weekend activites. She goes the extra mile for the team and has lots of creative ideas.

Jordan Allison

Jordan was raised around family members with special needs and thought he might like being a provider as a career. So far, so great! He brings youthful enthusiasm to the party. Not to mention, he’s a good cook.

Jairudius Fryar
1:1 Residential Support, Direct Service Professional
Jairidius (Jay or J for short) is the renaissance man of the team. We are always finding out about new things he knows how to do! He is a dedicated provider serving both the Arvada day program and 1:1 residential supports.
“I’ve been working as a DSP for 10 years now. It started as volunteering at the Special Olympics in High School and then into a career. I enjoy helping put a smile on participant faces. Activity Options gives me the tools and freedom needed to succeed.”

Troy was drawn to try his hand at direct service after living with a family member with autism. He is a natural with a big heart and an enthusiam for the work.

John has worked in the IDD community for over 30 years. Prior to Activity Options, he worked for Mtn. Community Pathways in Evergreen. He was with the Wheat Regional Center prior to that. John brings a quiet, loving presence much appreciated by clients and staff.

BrennLea has been working with the mountain area special needs community for several years and is a revered service provider. She has a big heart and a steady presence.
Activity Options “gives me and my dog Jenna, a place where we can make a difference in the community. I see the special needs folks come to a clamer place with a smile on their face” when we focus them “on what they can do and what they’e accomlished. Margo Hamilton

Margo has a big heart and a long history of service to others. Her previous work with senior residential care and therapeutic recreational studies led her to the IDD community. Lucky for us!! She leads the day program with compassion and purpose.

Sharon has been serving in the IDD community for over 30 years. She thought she was going to retire, but was recruited back in to service because of her ability to connect with those with language differences and create interesting, respectful activities.
Scott Leibler
Funsical Specialist, 1:1 Direct Service Provider
Scott is the creator of the Funsical and Stretch it Out programs which focus on movement, rhythm, vocalization and cognitive development. He leads a group at Activity Options each week and provides 1:1 support focused on fitness, mobility and socialization.

Sam has been the marketing motor of Activity Options since the first days. She is a big silent partner in our success, masterminding the website and activity registration program.
