If you are unable to attend your scheduled Activity please notify us preferably 48 hours ahead of an event OR 7 days for overnight travel. We would like to offer participants on the waitlists the opportunity to attend in your absence.  We reserve the right to waitlist an individual who has excessive cancellations.  Then, attendance will be available after all other registrations.
