Passionate, fun person to head up our Community Center and SLS-SH programs. New facility with lots of potential needs someone to create program activities, match curriculum to ISSP goals, help manage flow of people and organize the Community Center facility. Lots of hands on work with people in the Center. Ability to find resources and go out into the community with groups to assist Van Day programs. Organize record keeping and reporting.
Essentials: Must love IDD people and have the ability to create from the ground up. Flexible and able to adapt to changes and growing business. Knowledge of State waiver billing requirements a big plus. Gets along well with lots of different people.
30-40 hrs. a week, generally 9:00-3:00, M-F but we’ll consider other options that meet your needs. Additional hours if willing to help transport people and work special activities on weekends and evenings. Starting rate depends on experience and fit.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – SCHEDULER
Data and details expert to be our Administrative Assistant. Help us build a new reporting and scheduling system for growing company. Interface with State billing system, light bookkeeping and records management. Schedule day program and special event participants and staff. Communicate with staff, care providers and participants. Find resources in community and schedule activities and overnight trips. Willing to fill in with direct services when needed.
Good fit for systems thinker who has ease setting up, using and teaching software and processes. Knowledge of State waiver rules a plus. Familiarity with human resource management best practices. Start 20-25 hrs. a week. growing to fill time.
